Landlords who use our Rent Managed service love managing their own properties. And so, with this service, they can do just that.

We won't get involved in anything else relating to the property or the tenancy.

If your tenant ever needs anything, they'll still reach out to you so you're in complete control of what happens with your rental property.

We'll collect your rent on your behalf, and issue rent receipts to the tenant.

We'll maintain your rental ledger accurately, and provide that ledger to you and your tenant whenever you or they need it.

Plus, if the tenant is ever late with a rent payment, we're on to it straight away with text and email reminders.

If you need a lease prepared we can help with that too, and we'll facilitate the execution of it with electronic signing for all the parties. 

What does it cost? 



Our Rent Managed service is provided for a small weekly fixed fee. At just a fraction of the cost of traditional property management, it's excellent value and makes it really easy for you to start enjoying the self management of your property so much more. 

Plus, if you speak with your accountant, you'll might find that it's tax deductible as well.
