What is it?

Rent Managed is a service we provide to self managing landlords. We'll collect your rent on your behalf and maintain your rental ledger so you can concentrate on those other things you'd rather be doing.

When you take up our Rent Managed service we'll collect the rent from the tenants on your behalf and hold it in our trust account till we do our statement run. On the last working day of each month the rent we've collected for you will be deposited into your nominated bank account and you'll receive a concise statement detailing the rent we've collected and the dates that the rent relates to.

 

We'll communicate directly with your tenants about their rent payments. If they fall behind we'll send them text and email reminders that their rent is due, and if they ever fall behind in their rent by more than 14 days, we'll issue them with the required Notice (but only after you've OK'd it first).


PLUS, if your tenant is required to pay water usage charges we'll immediately invoice the tenant for the water usage and collect that payment from them too.

 

And all that will be wrapped up in one simple, concise, easy-to-read and understand end of financial year statement that all you need to do is give to your accountant, saving your accountant hours and hours of work and saving you money in accounting fees. 

 

If ever your tenant has any questions about their rent payments, they'll contact us. If ever they need their ledger, they'll contact us.
