You're in complete control of what happens with your rental property. If the tenant ever needs anything, they'll still reach out to you.
After you engage us, we'll let the tenants know about their new rental payment arrangements, and that's it.
We'll only communicate with the tenants about their rent payments.
During the tenancy, if you serve the tenants with a rent increase notice, simply let us know and we'll update our system so that we're always collecting the correct rent.
If the tenants decide to move out let us know and we'll calculate their final rent payment and collect it from them.
If ever you get stuck and need a bit of extra support or advice we have an advice "line" that you can book into. We'll "zoom you" at the appointment time and provide you with the advice and strategies you need to get yourself unstuck again.
We can also help with new tenant screening, tenancy application forms, and the placement of landlord's insurance on an as-need basis.
